  1. Monitor BugList/Limitations -
  2.  
  3. Bugs to be fixed:
  4.   1. Will not tolerate programs that lock the comm port.
  5.   2. Has trouble monitoring TD on high speed connections.
  6.   3. RD light shows that there are characters left to be received, not that you 
  7.       are receiving characters. (Make this an option)
  8.   4. The Checkmark next to the Frame menu item is not synchronized well.
  9.   5. The tasklist stuff doesn't work even close to right! 
  10.       a) Showing the main window will cause Monitor to belch on your desktop.
  11.       b) Closing any part of Monitor closes all of it (umph!) [use the menu]
  12.       c) TaskList highlighting doesn't do right...
  13.   6. If the sampling interval is changed, the Baudrate might never return to
  14.       normal.
  15.  
  16. Limitations (possibly fixed far in the future):
  17.   1. Monitors only the CPU - Modem link, not the modem - modem link
  18.   2. Doesn't keep up with the CPS rates. (Maybe later)
  19.   3. Will not keep track of "packets" or any other data. (not the intention
  20.       of Monitor)
  21.   4. Can not tolerate other programs that insist on being the sole user of
  22.       the port.
